Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain the bail bond process clearly and compassionately to clients.

• Provide timely updates to clients on bond status and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bond activities.
• Collaborate with senior staff to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.
