Nike Beaverton, OR seeks an experienced Bags Lead Product Line Manager to own the bag category from concept to market, collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative products that meet athlete needs.

You will drive the product strategy, mentor cross-functional partners, and translate insights into compelling seasonal briefs, while ensuring profitability and strong timelines across the value chain.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• 6+ years experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.
• Drives the product vision across the full value chain, from concept to market.
• Confident storyteller that clearly communicates vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
• Collaborative teammate and mentor, fostering excellence within the team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate across product, process and tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
