Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Pass a Spiro exam / fit testing for a respirator.

• Maintain baghouses in accordance with plant policies & environmental regulations.
• Operation and maintenance of several baghouses.
• Work with other departments/contractors to schedule and execute shutdown maintenance work.
• Drive all components of TCOS (Take Control of Safety).
• Coverage for vacation and outages.

Superior Aluminum Alloys

Maintain baghouses in accordance with plant policies & environmental regulations.

• Operation and maintenance of several baghouses
• Maintain CEM (Continuous Emission Monitoring)
• Work with other departments/contractors to schedule and execute shutdown maintenance work
• Drive all components of TCOS (Take Control of Safety) - high risk exposures, PSIF initiatives/management, etc.
• Coverage for vacation and outages
• Good understanding of electrical, pneumatics, preventative maintenance practices, MS Office
• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Basic math and reading skills
• Self‑directed, with attention to detail
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Pass a Spiro exam / fit testing for a respirator
• Ability to work from heights
