Job summary

Schnucks is hiring for a customer service role in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Training will be provided at store level, and the position emphasizes friendly, courteous service and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Place customers’ purchases into bags.
• Place filled bags in cart.
• Carry customers purchase to cars.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Pick up paper and debris in the store, from parking lot, and from carts.
• Stock bags on check stands.
• Empty trash from check stands and service center.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Return merchandise left at check-out to shelves.
• Read and understand shelf tags.
• Verify prices of merchandise.
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management
