A Grocery Store Bagger/Stock Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting both front-end and inventory operations. Key responsibilities include bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, assisting customers with carrying purchases, retrieving shopping carts, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, rotating products, and ensuring displays are fully stocked and visually appealing. This role also involves monitoring inventory levels, unloading deliveries, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting cashiers and other team members as needed. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. The position requires physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving merchandise, as well as a positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
