Job summary

Profile Products seeks a Production Operator for our Conover, NC facility. The role is a hands-on, physically demanding position on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule, rotating across bagging, inspection, and material handling.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with a clear path for increases through our Skills-Based Matrix based on training and performance. Night shift adds $1.50/hour, with opportunities to advance to higher pay levels as skills are gained, and forklift certification available after training.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding manufacturing role requiring standing, lifting 50-lb bags, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate with supervisors.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification after training.
• Reliability in attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging equipment and monitor production output.
• Inspect finished products and remove defective bags.
• Assist with startup/shutdown and shift changes.
• Maintain material flow and housekeeping in the production area.
• Rotate between production tasks and report downtime or issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
