Schnucks is seeking a customer service associate in Saint Charles, MO. The role focuses on friendly customer service, bagging purchases, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Training will be provided at store level, with duties including stocking, bagging, and assisting customers to their cars when needed. This position supports supermarket operations and requires reliability and good standing within Schnucks.

Qualifications

• Store/Facility teammates: minimum six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management

TRAINING

Training will be provided at store level.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Bending
• Stooping
• Must be able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time
• Able to work outside in seasonal weather
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
