Prospect Airport Services in Phoenix seeks a baggage handler to assist passengers with their baggage and promptly address related concerns.

You will load and unload bags, ensure correct tagging, coordinate with TSA, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure, correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
