Einstein Bros. Bagels McMurray, PA is seeking a Supervisor to provide excellent guest service and help maintain a positive store environment. Shifts range 5–8 hours with no greasy workdays, and the store closes by 3 pm, offering a chance for evening plans.

Starting pay is $14.00/hour with an additional $1–$5 per hour from the tip pool and a free meal every shift. The role requires prior quick-service restaurant experience and strong reliability in performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in an upbeat fashion on the register or sandwich station.
• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder.
• Have previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
• Help assist and train team members with patience.
