Qualifications

• Coaching / court experience at the high school or collegiate level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with athletes, parents and staff.
• Understanding of high school dynamics and student motivation.
• Ability to commit to a full seasonal schedule across weekdays and match days.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-belonging team culture focused on sportsmanship and growth.
• Assist with planning and executing skill-focused practices and drills.
• Assist on match days, manage scores/stats and travel with the team.
• Support program operations, uniforms, equipment and parent communications.
