We are hiring for the role of Backyard Hand/Equipment Operator at DSK Dom Jsc. The position offers a base pay range of $18.00/hr, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Role Overview

The Backyard Hand/Heavy Equipment Operator supports oilfield drilling operations by assisting with mix-offs, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining the backyard environment. The role involves working with heavy equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and occasionally assisting with solids controls. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety and company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix off drill cuttings using heavy equipment
• Perform site cleanup at well locations and facilities
• Operate high-pressure power washing equipment
• Set well equipment at locations
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain ground and building areas
• Assemble or repair equipment with hand and power tools
• Operate telehandlers, skid steers, or similar equipment
• Promote a safety-focused culture
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; valid driver's license
• Previous experience in Backyard/Solids Control
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, telehandlers, skid steers
• Successful drug/alcohol screening and background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, bend, crawl, reach
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 schedule as needed

On-site housing is provided during your work hitch at man camps.
