The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical stamina, with responsibilities including maintaining the receiving area and assisting with vendor coordination. This position requires lifting up to 60 lbs and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Verify receiving discrepancies; examine contents against records/invoices.
• Trainable in using equipment (pallet jack, baler, forklift) per procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team, store leadership, and vendors.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move products up to 30 ft; up to 1000 lbs with pallet jack.
• Vision to review invoices and monitor incoming product.
• Basic math and computer skills; able to multi-task.
• Willing to perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and perform paperwork related to receiving.
• Operate equipment (baler, compactor, forklift) safely.
• Maximize sales potential through proper receiving procedures.
