Job summary

Milwaukee Precision Casting, Inc. is seeking a Back-Up Dipper in the Shell Room to support dipping operations as per work instructions.

You will follow schedules from the Shell Room Supervisor, perform dipping tasks, monitor viscosity, maintain slurry and sand tanks, and accurately complete the Production/Process sheets while adhering to safety rules.

• On the job training.
• Must be able to understand English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Applies back-up dips to trees per work instructions.
• Follows dip schedule provided by Shell Room Supervisor or Lead on previous shift.
• Performs dipping operations according to procedure on Production/Process sheet.
• Checks viscosity every 2 hours. Adjusts as needed.
• Maintains slurry and sand tanks.
• Documents Production/Process sheet when job is completed or at end of shift.
• Obeys all safety rules and always wears PPE.
• Other duties designated by the Shell Room Supervisor or Plant Foreman.
