Job summary

Sphere Renewables in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a CDL A driver with forklift experience to transport goods safely between warehouses and customer locations. You will support yard work when not on deliveries, and follow company safety rules and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, logging deliveries, and maintaining vehicle condition while adhering to safety policies. A team-based environment is required.

Qualifications

• Current CDL A license.
• Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules & regulations.
• Adaptability & foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather).
• Forklift experience.
• Willing to submit to drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods.
• Pickup and transport goods to destination.

• Ensure contents secured to prevent damage.

Job description

• Forklift experience.

Overall goal: Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of different types of goods from warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to the customer location and visa-versa.

Role Objectives

• Safely and efficiently transport goods.
• To execute the company policy
• To ensure full compliance with legal OSHA and ISO requirements

When not transporting product's, you will be helping in the yard with TEQ.

Duties and responsibilities

• Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned vehicle.
• Pickup and safely transport goods to the intended destination.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods, strapping, etc.
• Ensure contents are properly secured to prevent damage/injury.
• Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries.
• Communicate with the office and/or warehouse as needed.
• Confirm that the contents of each shipment load match the manifest document.
• Perform inspections of your vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift and report any problems or damage to management.
• Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean.
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.
• Adhere to company safety rules, regulations guidelines, policies, and sitespecific safety plans; comply with DOT regulations.
