Job summary

Uberliss is seeking a backstage runner to support PR operations during NYFW. You will assemble and track show kits, manage backstage logistics, and ensure the right products and editors are in place for each moment.

You will work with Dylan, Jordana, and Coryn Finn to execute plans, maintain credits, and keep shows running smoothly. This role requires NYC availability, fast execution, and a hair-obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent grad in PR, comms, fashion, event production, or beauty.
• Fast, organized, cheerful under pressure.
• Anticipates and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble backstage kit, labels, and plans for each show.
• Restock and manage inventory of brushes, capes, and accessories.
• Escort editors to lead stylists and ensure product readiness for photos.
• Log interviews (outlet, contact, asks) for credits and repurposing.
• Prepare and verify run-of-show sheets and credential lists.
• Pack out and count kit items after each show and reconcile with manifest.
