Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Duluth, GA is hiring a store associate to deliver a great customer experience and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You may cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.

You will ring purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow safety and store standards. Starting pay is $13.25–$13.75 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities across TJX brands.

• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
