Job summary

Walmart in Warwick, RI is seeking Stocking associates to unload trucks and stock freight. You will be in the backroom for much of the shift and must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Forklift experience may be required.

You’ll interact with customers, greeting and thanking them, while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The role includes multi-tasking during peak hours and a focus on friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock new freight in the backroom.
• Smile, greet, and thank customers; be an ambassador for Walmart.
• Assist with scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, and cash handling as needed.
• Keep work area clean and presentable at all times.
• Work in busy periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
