Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Lead Stock Associate to lead the backroom team, load and unload trailers, and assist customers with purchases and vehicle loading. The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to handle heavy items in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will maintain backroom organization, support showroom displays, and help ensure a positive, efficient shopping experience for customers, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.

• Lead backroom team to execute the vision for customer orders and showroom flow.
• Assist customers by loading purchases into vehicles and managing inventory in the backroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and showroom floor to support a great shopping experience.
