Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Replenishment Team Member in Fargo, ND. You will help ensure merchandise is properly located in the backroom and prepared for restocking, while supporting fast-paced warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include down stocking based on sales priority, fulfilling pick lists, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Valid forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure down stocking of all product based on sales priority.
• Ensure all extra product is properly located to a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives.
