Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a backroom team member at our Exton, PA store. The role focuses on unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restacking stock, replenishing shelves, and preparing displays.

You will work in backstock and on backstock days, supporting store operations and ensuring products are available and properly presented. We look for reliable team players who can lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety guidelines, and meet attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
