Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Production Associate to join our backroom team in Lake Worth, TX. This position supports a variety of backroom tasks, requiring detail orientation, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced thrift store setting.

You will rotate through hanger, tagger, pricer, tallyer and runner duties, helping to price items, tag merchandise, count inventory, and ensure stock is ready for the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
