• 6 months leadership experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Organize back room and ensure proper tagging and stocking
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the backroom and store floor
• Assist coordination with management on priorities and tasks
