• Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and be a part of the riding community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products.
• Process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center.
• Ensure an adequate level of product stock for customer purchase.
