About the Role

Join our team as a Store Backroom Attendant where you'll be the first point of contact for our donors. This role combines customer service, donation processing, and supporting The Salvation Army's community programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet donors and offer assistance
• Process and track donations accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized donation area
• Sort, load, and unload Salvation Army trucks according to center policy
• Power sort donations as they arrive (if applicable)
• Support production processes as needed
• Safeguard donated materials and equipment
• Report complaints, damages, or injuries in the donation area
• Guide donors on acceptable materials and provide pickup information for heavy items
