Walmart is hiring at our Bentonville, AR facility to manage and streamline shipment processing, receiving, and inventory organization. The role involves posting schedules, verifying counts, routing merchandise, and documenting expenses and claims in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification OR will obtain a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments for the Club by developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts and routing merchandise to proper locations.
• Receives merchandise for the Facility and maintains the Receiving area, following procedures, using equipment appropriately and completing required documentation.
• Tracks and processes claims, handles damaged goods, liquidation, and maintains the clearance area; uses technology to capture reporting and documentation.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Adheres to ethics and integrity standards, executes tasks with progress updates, and collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners.
