Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate problems into multi-component solutions with well-tested code.
• Comfort debugging large codebases and performing code reviews for others.
• Shows ownership of growth, seeks feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global collaboration.
• Equivalent practical experience or a related bachelor's degree.
