GA-Intelligence is seeking mid-level Backend Software Engineers to help build the next generation of global situational awareness and battle orchestration capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field with progressive software development experience.
• Experience with filtering algorithms such as Kalman filters and IMM filters is preferred.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, or Golang; strong knowledge of backend systems and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features from design through deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
• Apply secure coding practices and improve system reliability, observability, and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions within the team.
• Integrate backend components into larger system architectures and support cloud/bare-metal deployments.
• Review code and uphold engineering standards across the team.
