Truveta, headquartered in the Greater Seattle area, seeks a Software Engineer to design, build, and operate backend services powering Live Link and Entitlements. You will create APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure working with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software engineering, strong programming in C#, Python, or Java, and experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure), containers, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (C#, Python, Java).
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating backend services and APIs in production.
• Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, or large-scale data-processing systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, API design, and engineering best practices.
• Experience debugging production systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services powering Live Link and Entitlements.
• Develop APIs, distributed services, databases, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Solutions, and Engineering teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Own services from design through production operations.
• Contribute to deployment automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and production reliability.
