Job summary

Securiport is hiring a Software Engineer with 3–5 years of backend experience to build scalable systems supporting border security and threat detection. You’ll develop C#/.NET backend services, APIs and microservices powering real-time data processing and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, backend-focused.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET, APIs, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain .NET (C#) applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Work with SQL Server/MySQL for data modeling and optimization.
• Contribute to distributed systems and asynchronous processing workflows.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Containerize applications with Docker; Kubernetes exposure is a plus.
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
