The role requires strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, combined with the ability to effectively leverage AI tools through well‑structured prompting and problem‑solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and modern Java frameworks.
• Work across backend and full‑stack components as required by the project.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques in day‑to‑day software engineering activities.
• Use tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to generate, analyze, debug, optimize, and improve code.
• Develop effective prompts to guide AI tools toward accurate and efficient technical solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to break down complex problems and use appropriate prompts to arrive at solutions efficiently.
• Balance AI-assisted development with strong understanding of programming fundamentals rather than relying solely on generated code.
