Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails. You will design, develop, and scale core business services and APIs, building high-performance backend systems and distributed microservices.

Familiarity with Java and Go is highly desirable to enable cross-language service integration. As part of the backend team, you will design, develop, and maintain services, build scalable APIs, and ensure performance and reliability across the platform.
