Bioscope.AI in Carmel, IN is hiring a Backend Engineer (Integrations) to own the integrations stack across EHRs, labs, and third-party clinical data sources. You will design, build, and monitor resilient pipelines that move sensitive health data securely, with a focus on reliability and maintainability.

You will work closely with the integrations lead and broader engineering team, reverse-engineering APIs and handling complex authentication flows to keep partner integrations running smoothly in

Responsibilities

• Own Integrations End-to-End: design, build, maintain EHRs, labs, and data sources.
• Wrangle messy systems by reverse-engineering APIs and handling edge cases.
• Build for reliability and security when moving clinical data.
• Be accountable from commit to production and iterate on fixes.
• Collaborate with the integrations lead and broader engineering team.
