Основные задачи — развитие бэкенд-сервисов на Python/Django, проектирование REST API и оптимизация производительности с MySQL и Redis. Полностью удаленная работа, без микроменеджмента. Требуется 3+ года опыта, знание Django/REST, опыт решения продакшн-issues и хороший английский.

Qualifications

• 3+ лет опыта backend-разработки
• Хорошие навыки Python и Django или аналогичного фреймворка
• Твердое понимание реляционных БД, кэширования, REST API и дизайна сервисов
• Опыт устранения проблем в продакшене
• Ответственность и способность доводить задачи до конца
• Опыт работы с Git, CI/CD и современными процессами разработки
• Уровень английского не ниже B2 и владение русским на уровне свободной коммуникации

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка бэкенд-сервисов на Python 3.11 с Django/DRF
• Автоматизация бэк-офисных процессов и воркфлоу с командами продукта, комплаенса и бизнеса
• Проектирование и улучшение REST API для интеграций
• Работа с MySQL и Redis для повышения производительности, надежности и масштабируемости
• Расследование инцидентов, поиск узких мест, устранение технического долга
• Участие в архитектурных обсуждениях и технологических решениях
• Улучшение процессов разработки и внутренних инструментов
• Соблюдение качества кода и практик тестирования
• Работа с Git и CI/CD (TeamCity, GitHub Actions)

We’re looking for a Middle Backend Engineer to join our Backoffice team.

Задачи:

• Build and maintain backend services in Python 3.11 with Django / DRF
• Automate back office processes and workflows, working directly with Product, Compliance and Business teams
• Question proposed solutions and help shape the right one before building it
• Design and improve REST APIs for internal and external integrations
• Work with MySQL and Redis to improve performance, reliability and scalability
• Investigate and resolve production issues, find bottlenecks and reduce technical debt
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions in your area
• Improve our development processes and internal tooling
• Keep code quality, testing and engineering practices at a high standard
• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions)

Требования:

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong Python skills and good knowledge of Django or a similar framework
• Solid understanding of relational databases, caching, REST APIs and service design
• Experience troubleshooting production issues
• Ownership: you can take a task and see it through independently
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices and modern development workflows
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• English at B2 level or higher, and fluent Russian

• Experience in fintech, regulated industries or internal B2B tools;

• Open-source contributions or side projects
