Job summary

ASB Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a Backend Engineer to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs for customer applications. You will collaborate with product managers and leaders to translate requirements into robust backend services.

The role includes managing server infrastructure, ensuring uptime, and deploying code with a test-driven approach. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and relational & NoSQL databases, plus cloud platforms such as AWS

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles and scalable designs.
• Ability to design maintainable, well-architected backend systems.

Responsibilities
