This remote role can be performed globally, with optional offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

We seek problem solvers who code with passion and care. Experience is not required formally; showcasing projects or GitHub contributions is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong Python expertise and backend focus.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures.
• Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the platform on top of AI voice models used by millions of users.
• Improve existing products with intuitive, powerful features and integrations with common consumer/enterprise solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure to keep services live, performant and secure.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Growth and Sales teams to design customer solutions.
