Job summary

Mintive is hiring engineers to own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure and agent systems. The role emphasizes backend and infra work, with opportunities to build UI when needed and to fix connectors during security reviews.

You’ll work with Claude and Codex, and shape architecture, product and security decisions as the team ships within hours. You’ll join a fast-moving, in-person Bay Area team that values judgment, breadth, and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Shipping production-grade features for gateway infrastructure and agent systems.
• Ability to reason from first principles and design architecture across the stack.
• Comfort with security-focused development and enterprise paths.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from conception to production across gateway infra and agent systems.
• Lead architecture, product, and UX tradeoffs; harden enterprise paths and connectors.
• Collaborate with AI-native tooling and researchers to ship rapidly while maintaining quality.
