Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional backend engineering experience required.
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Ability to evaluate model-generated code and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete and evaluate complex engineering tasks using AI agents.
• Review model-generated code for correctness and performance.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and architectural tradeoffs.
