We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to Join our mission-critical development team supporting the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviation community as part of the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer on the OOMA (Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity) team, you'll contribute to a suite of enterprise applications managing logistics, maintenance, and supply operations that directly impact naval aviation readiness worldwide. Work on sophisticated, geographically-distributed DoD systems deployed across shore-based, afloat, CONUS, and OCONUS locations. This role offers the opportunity to architect high-impact solutions using legacy and modern technologies, solve complex technical challenges in secure environments, and be part of a critical national defense mission that keeps the fleet mission-ready.
