Job summary

IBM seeks a Back End Developer Intern for the IBM Z team in Tucson. You will help build and maintain backend systems supporting z/OS-based apps, participate in Agile cycles, and learn to develop scalable, well-documented REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of C or one or more: C++, Java, Golang, Python, Ruby, Perl or SQL.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps).
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git.
