Qualifications

• Опыт коммерческой разработки на Java не менее 3 лет; предпочтительно Java 21.

• Практический опыт разработки backend на предприятии.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и развитие backend-приложений на Java 21 и Spring Boot.
• Рроектирование REST API и SOAP интеграций; работа с JSON/XML/OpenAPI/WSDL/XSD.
• Разработка бизнес-логики, слоя приложения и доступа к данным через Spring Data JPA.
• Оптимизация SQL и структуры данных в PostgreSQL и Oracle; миграции Liquibase.
• Диагностика и устранение инцидентов, лог-анализ и производительность.
• Написание модульных и интеграционных тестов; code review.
• Участие в архитектурном дизайне, учетом требований бизнеса, безопасности и масштабируемости.

Join the team responsible for developing and modernizing advanced IT systems! We are looking for a Backend Developer (Java) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class backend applications based on the modern Java and Spring ecosystem. In this role, you will help develop key components of IT systems, design and implement integrations between systems, and optimize existing solutions.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Designing and implementing REST APIs and SOAP integrations using JSON, XML, OpenAPI, and WSDL/XSD standards.
• Developing business logic, the application layer, and data access using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Designing and optimizing data structures and SQL queries in relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Managing database schema changes using Liquibase.
• Diagnosing and resolving production issues, analyzing logs, and optimizing application performance and stability.
• Preparing and conducting unit and integration tests, and participating in the code review process.
• Participating in the design and development of system architecture, taking business, technical, security, and scalability requirements into account.
• Analyzing existing solutions and planning their development, modernization, and migration.
• Preparing and updating technical and architectural documentation, including using Enterprise Architect.
• Collaborating with development teams, analysts, testers, architects, and support teams.
• Using AI tools that support the development process, including for code generation, test creation, refactoring, and error analysis.

Требования:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience programming in Java; Java 21 preferred.
• Very good knowledge of Java and the JVM, including object-oriented and functional programming, multithreading, and memory management.
• Practical experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class backend applications.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and SOAP integrations.
• Very good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL or Oracle and tools for managing database schema changes, particularly Liquibase.
• Knowledge of integration standards and formats: JSON, XML, OpenAPI, WSDL/XSD.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven or Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Experience preparing unit and integration tests and diagnosing production issues.
• Practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and the ability to prepare technical documentation.
• Practical ability to use AI tools that support development, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools, for code generation and analysis, refactoring, test creation, and documentation.
• Knowledge of information security principles and the safe use of AI tools.
• Independence, responsibility, and the ability to solve problems analytically.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, conduct code reviews, and agree on solutions with technical and business teams.

• Experience working in a corporate environment, particularly in the financial, insurance, or medical industry;
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and GoF design patterns;
• Experience working with messaging systems, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ;
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Jenkins or GitLab CI tools;
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and the ability to prepare architectural diagrams;
• Basic knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Spring Security, and OWASP;
• Experience monitoring applications using Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or OpenSearch;
• Knowledge of SonarQube or similar tools for code quality and security analysis;
• Experience modernizing and migrating existing systems;
• Knowledge of the JAPET environment
