Chick-fil-A Nampa is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

You will stock inventory, keep the kitchen clean, learn from experienced Operators, and grow with the team in a supportive, community-minded environment. Flexible full-time and part-time roles with Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
