Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Hialeah offers a full-time Back-of-House role. You will help ensure food safety and quality, maintain order accuracy, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Training is provided for those new to the industry, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the business. Shifts include opening or closing, you must be available at least 3 days per week including Saturdays.

Job description

At Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, a Back-of-House (BOH) team member is responsible for the food we serve. Ensuring food safety, food quality, order accuracy, quickness, professionalism, cleanliness and ability to work with others are just a few examples of our BOH team responsibilities. We will train you if you have no prior experience. Also, the experiences we can provide you with are an excellent stepping-stone towards a brighter future. Team members will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance in our business.

Pay Type: $15.00-$17.00/hr based on availability.

Position Requirements

• Full-time opportunity availability based on performance.
• Must be available to work opening or closing shifts.
• Must work a minimum of 3 days per week, with one of these days being Saturday.
