Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring for an entry-level cook role in a fast-paced kitchen in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will prep, cook, and plate food you’re genuinely proud of, while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized as part of a close-knit team.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
