Job summary

McAlister’s Deli (Saint Charles franchise) is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes, keep prep areas clean and stocked, follow food safety standards, and work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly. Training is provided; reliability and teamwork are valued in this role at a busy McAlister’s Deli location in St. Charles.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided
