Chick-fil-A Petaluma is seeking Back of House Team Members to support a great dining experience by preparing, cooking, and presenting food with precision, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This full- and part-time position offers a fast-paced, team-driven environment with flexible scheduling and Sundays closed, plus competitive pay and benefits for you and your household.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling with weekdays and weekends
• Standing for the shift and ability to lift over 30 lbs

Responsabilités

• Execute daily operational tasks with excellence for designated stations
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food following Chick-fil-A recipes and portioning standards
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization and adhere to food safety protocols
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
• Stay up-to-date with in-house training and onboarding of new hires
• Support efficiency by communicating with the front of house to meet guest expectations
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
• Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
• Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational tasks with excellence for all designated stations
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food with precision, following Chick-fil-A recipes and portioning standards
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
• Support efficiency by communicating with the front of house to meet guest expectations
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
