Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a busy kitchen and an independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and delivering a signature guest experience.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, a fun work environment, flexible scheduling (and Sundays off), in-house training, scholarships, and opportunities for growth with a local restaurant leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations and help where needed.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area neat and clean.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes.
• Adhere to safety rules and dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
