McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a team to ensure orders are read correctly and meals are prepared to recipes and standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts. Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided, and this role is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
