Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Columbia, SC is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a signature Chick-fil-A dining experience and assist an independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know kitchen station responsibilities and task assignments.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around equipment and report issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
