Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chester is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support the kitchen and guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while working with a friendly team.

Full-time or part-time roles are available, and Saturday availability is required. The position offers a fun work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
