Job summary

Workstream is seeking a BoH Team Member for Applebee’s in Maumee, Ohio. This energetic position requires handling kitchen maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and providing support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 6 months in a casual restaurant and hold a High School Diploma or GED. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Applebee’s BoH Team Member is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant kitchen maintenance or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive work environment for all team members. Being reliable and taking a positive approach to tackling physical tasks, such as dishwashing, is critical.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
